Serena Droguett was born in Santiago, Chile and grew up in the Bay Area. She has earned two Associate Degrees, in Political Science and in History from the College of Alameda. She attended the University of California Davis for her Bachelor's degree in Political Science. She has over 10 years of experience working in the immigration legal field. She started working for local non-profit organizations, doing community outreach and advocating for immigrant rights in the state of California. She worked in various successful political campaigns for Californian politicians, including Congressman John Garamendi. She then transitioned into private law firms as a Senior Paralegal, and later branched out into starting her own immigration consulting services to serve her community.
